Heaven

 Poem - Heaven 

I never saw them walking along me ,

Even though they walk behind my back ,

As a proactive shield .

Their shielded shadow stretching long, 

A heavenly place against this world's cruelty all long ,

 

Sometimes I feel darkness in my path,

But they are flame of optimism protecting me from wrath,

In their presence ,I feel safe, 

safe like the god's child.

In their  silence ,I heard the answers,

answers that were difficult to find.

In their  anger ,I sense is the fear,

Fear of ominous,fear of loss 

In their  advice I hear the direction,

Direction that leads to success,not fall

These guides me for life ,not to stall.

Their love is the light that never fade away like Jawala Devi,

I ask for nothing ,they gave it all,

They uplift me sometimes when I fall.

It's forever and above all ,

The heaven itself ,a parent love stands tall.
